Parry Chana

Parry's first experience in all things mechanical started with his father, an aircraft engineer with East African Airways with Jack Barlcays Rolls Royce before setting his own engineering and bodyshop in UK and Classic Mercedes Benz restoration in LA. One of Parry's early memories beside riding in the back seat of the most luxurious Mercedes Benz of the 1970's is of his father's garage where he would watch and learn hands on every aspect of the rebuild. Saturday's and school holidays were spent working in the workshops. While in college studying for a professional degree, Parry could not shake the ' car thing'. This lead to restoring and advising UK's foremost professional classic car restorers and assisting in the Mercedes-Benz Club UK as a National Concours Judge, 190SL Registered Captain and assisting as a technical advisor. A change from a professional career happened with the foundation of Parry Chana Classics, a small restoration shop with 'attention to detail'.

Martin Cushway

Martin was brought up around all things Mercedes working at a very young age along side his father, late Ron Cushway. His mechanical and engineering talents on the 300 SL Gullwing Coupe's and Roadsters does not only extend to his own collection but to those entrusted to him by others over the years and provides his services in association with Martin Cushway Engineering. As his father did, his goals are to rebuild and machine includes developing and building test equipment like those required to test a fuel injection pump for a 300sl or W113 Pagoda's or the air suspension components of the Mercedes Benz 600 to achieve 'engineering excellence'.
